- Born in Singapore, Dennis Bay embarked on his entrepreneurial path during the dot-com boom. At just 21 years old, he founded his web design and e-commerce consultancy, setting the stage for his journey as a young entrepreneur.
- Top Sales Achiever and Team Leader:
- By age 23, Dennis had achieved the top sales position in a multi-billion dollar New York Stock Exchange public-listed wellness company. His network of distributors expanded from Singapore to Malaysia and later to Greater China, helping him become one of the youngest achievers of the coveted title of Million Dollar Earner in Singapore.
- By age 35, Dennis achieved his second pot of gold, becoming the first Double International Marketing Director and Million Dollar Ring Earner in a global travel and lifestyle marketing company, growing his network to over 1 million customers worldwide, generating over US$2 Billion dollars in global sales.
- Educator and Mentor:
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring, Dennis Bay also founded the Dennis Bay Way Academy. Through sales, motivational and leadership training, he continues to empower hundreds of thousands of his students worldwide, sharing insights on sales skills, team building, marketing and entrepreneurship.

He served as senior management positions in Shell Petroleum, Avon Cosmetics and Herbalife Philippines which are all public listed international companies. He was on the board of directors of the Direct Selling Association of the Philippines and has since consulted for numerous other global companies from USA and Asia on various projects from setting up branch companies, offices, staffing, products licensing and operations. He is our Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer.

Aside from his successful software company, he is also involved in several e-commerce businesses related to trading, telecom, emergency response, and travel. He is our Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer.
